I've read that forum and it still leaves me questionable.

A 75W card that needs 300W minimum power supply in a system that only has 240W stock unit is not going to be supported.

The Tiny power supply and PHYSICAL Dimensions of the Card will prevent it from EVER working.
OEM GT1030 is likely the only option.

No for the same reason too much power.
75W cards are not supported.
