I can not go back to factory restore in dell backup and recovery (advance startup then troubleshooter). The icon is there, When I go into it, it comes up with 1. Smart repair computer 2. restore computer (in 10min). I press start for repair no problem with that. But when it say continue the laptop restart then it go back to the login screen.
Hope anyone can help me this is the first time I put on here. I did have a usb recovery when I first got the laptop. The usb is not working. I had no problem with my dell desktop with the new windows 10. I just use my usb to go back to factory restore.
On my dell laptop I can see the c:\recovery\OEM\ I THINK that where my recovery to get back to factory setting.
Any help!!!!!

At this point in the game, I would simply image the hard drive.
You are best to use the Windows Media Creation Tool to Download a Windows 10 Version 1809 ISO (soon Version 1903 will be released) from Microsoft and make a Bootable USB which you can clean install with. For system drivers use Dell Update. Instructions are given here:
