Dell Inspiron N4030 i3-350M Maximum SSD and RAM capacity

Hello,

I have a Dell Inspiron N4030 Core i3-350M laptop with 3 GB RAM and 250 GB HDD.

I am willing to upgrade my laptop, so that hopefully I can keep using it for a few more years.

I was advised to upgrade the RAM and replace HDD with an SSD disk.

I am not really a tech guy. So I hoped perhaps you could help me to figure out the following points:

1. I don't know what RAM type I should look for and what max RAM capacity my laptop would support.

2. Does my laptop support SSD disks? Which brand/type and maximum what capacity?

I would be grateful if you could help me with those.
