Horrible Customer Service from Dell

Order Number:

I am tired of Dell customer service. Ordered a laptop from Dell on March 26, 2019, never received the laptop. I was promised refund, never received that either. No update, since then.

Hi nazimbd,

Thanks for posting and for sending your order number information.  According to FedEx, the system was delivered Friday 4/05/2019 at 3:09 pm.  

 

Perhaps you could share more details so we could look into this further?
