Dell Inspiron 7575 upgrade windows 10 1908 sound card HDMI not working
Hi all.
I have trouble with sound card, when i upgrade windows 10 1908, on old version when i connect HDMI from laptop to my TV Samsung, i can hear sound on TV and choosing between sound on Laptop and TV. I can right click on icon sound on taskbar and click PlayBack (appear 2 icon is HDMI TV and Realtek) or sound (a icon on control panel). But when upgrade on new version 1908 i can't hear sound on TV but hear on Laptop, on Playback i don't Icon HDMI TV although i tick on show disable devices and show disconnect devices. I'm trying re-install driver sound card but not lucky.
So everybody help me pls!

After installing the upgrade to 1903, make sure to run Windows Update again to get the remaining updates for the new windows version. Reboot after each update and go back to Windows Update and run it again until it say No Updates.
