Lightroom was a bad example as it allows you to bring up a window to put on a second screen. Davinchi Resolve is a better example. It does not allow you to use dual monitor unless it detects two monitors.

This is unknown by Dell. We do not test with Adobe Lightroom or Davinchi Resolve. You should find their Community Forums and pose the question there to see what other users of their software say.
