Inspiron 15 3000 (3580) M.2/SSD Upgrade

I have just brought the dell inspiron 3580 and want to install a Samsung 970 EVO M.2. Will this be a good M.2 drive for this build or should I look at something different and is the limit on sdd drive size really 256GB.

System has a Intel 8th Gen i5 - 8265U and 8Gb DDR 4 2666mhz

Thanks for the help. So the following drive is ok?

Crucial MX500 500GB M.2 Type 2280 SATA III SSD.

Does the Serbia manual not say up 128gb?

Sorry for the trouble just want to get the right drive.

@stuv83

All manuals are good reference but are not the limitation of the hardware.

You will not have any problem with 500GB.
