Re: XPS 13 9370 Service Tag Unrecognised
Hi.
I am in Viet Nam. I have bought a Dell XPS 9370 laptop from a certified seller in USA on eBay . However, when I checked the Service tag on Dell website, the laptop information could not be found (message: There is no match for that service tag), even I checked with Support Assist but it still cannot be found. How can I do to register the Service tag on the website in order to get assistance (like with automatic driver download or origin of the product)?
