Precision 3541 Add SATA SSD

Hi all, 

Does anyone know where I can get the HDD cable and the bracket for Precision 3541?

I was just told that this was a common issue when you bought a Dell machine without the second hard drive disk. I have googled a lot. So far, I only found one guy saying it shares the same cable with Latitude 5500. But no one has got the right bracket. The bracket can be seen in the service manual.  

Perhaps this machine is too new. 

Did anyone get any idea?

I have the same question.  The dell website is not very helpful at offering this as a purchase either.  Can't seem to find it anywhere.

Parts are not listed in the online store. Go here: https://channels.us.dell.com/netagent/cimlogin.aspx?questid=ECD0842F-ABAB-4AB0-858A-95EAB5ED8593&portid=9C39C2B5-F1B5-4B42-9928-10AE367360BB&ref=avachatfooter&NextITSessionID=00a0254d-a030-40cc-b295-0592348310f5 Select "Purchase Parts and Warranty Extensions". Put in your info and start chat. Once you give them the info for the system and what you are asking for they should be able to find the Cable and Bracket below, respectively: CBL,HDD,5501/3541 BRKT,HDD,7MM,5501/3541 Unfortunately, I don't know if there is a another way to get this. It was relatively inexpensive (under $5) but cost me a lot more in time running it down. Hope this helps.

Did you buy it through dell? I contacted them and they sent me a link for one on eBay for $25 they said they don't sell it.  One tech said it wasn't available at all for my PC.  I'm frustrated with tech support that isn't very supportive.
