unknown slot on mobo

Question

I have a dimension GX60, and i have a slot in between my pci slots and i have'nt got a clue what it is. it looks like a pci slot with a little bit on the end. here is a really rubbish diagram-------------------- -----     : normal pci slot -------------------- ----- -----    : my crazy slotcan anyone let me know the name of this slot and what it is used for.Thank You

In some applications, it's used to attach a riser card with the PCI slots on it.

I have what I'm guessing is the same slot on my Dimension 8200 motherboard. Will it accept a normal PCI card? I'd like to move my audio card down one slot to give my video card more room. Thanks
