Use a diff keyboard such as a usb KB. The KB is separate from the AIO and you can use any keyboard. If you have on screen KB try un-muting there. Turn the KB over and see if anything falls out--like crumbs or dust.
Thanks for your suggestion, but, the problem disappeared by itself the moment I got a new update from Dell, I believe they have fixed it after reading my message.
