@TheGabrielIt appears that there is no other battery for the 3593 other than the original 3 cell 42Wh battery. The reason is that it is fully enclosed within the laptop, so the size is fixed - a larger battery is physically not possible. On older laptops where the battery clipped in to the back edge on the outside of the machine it was possible to produce larger 6 and 9 cell batteries - they just had to have the same connectors and the battery could stick out all over the place, just a matter of how heavy and inconvenient it might be.
I am confronting the same exact problem. I bought the laptop for university purposes 4 days ago and I have noticed that the battery lasts for only 2-3 hours which is extremely inconvenient for any kind of activity that my daily routine requires. I am thinking of returning the laptop as it cannot serve the main reason I bought it at the first place. If any help can be offered I would like to request it because it is a matter of great importance to me.

i have same issue.battery is getting down in just 2 hours.it isdifficult to using laptop.
