Inspiron 3655, USB 3 PCI card, dual monitor docking?

Question

I have Inspiron 3655. Yesterday I bought WavLink USB3 dual docking station. I can't use it because I don't have USB 3 in my Inspiron computer. I am planning to add USB 3 PCI in my Inspiron computer. Please suggest which USB 3 PCI  should I buy?

3655 has usb3 ports

There are 2 ports on the front.

The rear ports are USB 2.0

Its like a laptop board without lcd. It does not have internal power supply.

it also does not have power for a USB card or video card.

USB 3 is there. USB-C is not. And there is not enough power or a slot to add that to.

The wavelink hub can connect to either USB3 port on the front.
