Unfortunately, the UP2720Q is not a HDR (High Dynamic Range) monitor. It is a SDR (Standard Dynamic Range) 4K PremierColor monitor.
Here is the UP2718Q Menu- Display. Notice it has the Smart HDR option =

The UP2718Q is a better monitor ? I had thought the 2720Q was the updated model?

An sRGB monitor, so none of these. Try U2719D or 27" UHD equivalent."UP"s are widegamut monitors, so unless you choose sRGB preset all may look oversaturated. Also they will be a waste of money for office use, look for P or U series.
