The support team was to be sending me a box to ship back for support to fix my issue. I received an email from them. The address is not close to my address. They just picked a random person with the same name to send the box to after I spent 15 minutes trying to spell out my address.
I'm back. My laptop has not started for over a week. Rahul had me unplug the adapter, press and hold down the END key, and plug the adapter back in while holding down the END key. It turned on. He said that it was the power button and that they needed to replace the motherboard. I'm a little optimistic. We will see.
