After Support Service changed my display... NO DELL Logo, NO F2 key work to BIOS

Question

Hello, I have a Inspiron 15 7559. Some months ago a DELL technical come to my home and changed the display. From this day, the DELL Logo from boot screen disappeared, also F2 message, and now I only can see a black screen on boot... but the Operating System load and works perfectly. As I didn't need enter the BIOS until this week, I didn't care about it (at present my warranty is done). But this week I wanted change my Operating System and I noticed the problem: is not possible enter the BIOS menu using F2 key on boot, also F8 don't work. Finally I entered the BIOS menu using this guide https://www.dell.com/support/article/en-uk/sln143038/access-uefi-bios-system-setup-from-windows-on-your-dell-system?lang=en So, Windows restarted and booted the BIOS menu. As I needed enable the Legacy Mode to test a new Operating System, now Windows didn't work, so I can't restart to enter the bios menu again and disable the Legacy Mode. Using this guide https://www.dell.com/support/article/en-uk/sln300716/how-to-recover-the-bios-on-a-dell-computer-or-tablet?lang=en&ref=topsolutions and save the bios to USB with name BIOS_IMG.rcv didn't work.   What I need to do, disconnect the CMOS battery to reset the bios configuration?. I read a lot of other people with the same problem, but no solution for them. Ok, fixed.

Opened the laptop using this guide https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QRIZiY89uqc&feature=emb_logo, and reseting the CMOS (disconect battery, wait 2 min. and reconnect).

A lot of people is having the same problem (search on this Community or Reddit), and without oficial solution by DELL.
