You should be contacting the seller whoever you bought the laptop from.
Nothing any of us can do.

I bought it for work but i paid for it, so it’s my laptop.
When you say ‘status’ - what do you mean? I doubt the people at the store will know. They couldn’t even tell me much about the laptop features or specs. Thank in advance!
