This could be related to boot drive or Windows.
Enter the BIOS F2 and check the boot options. You can also try default settings.
Or a clean re-installation of Windows.

I have the same issue, updated the BIOs and still having it. It randomly crashes to a black screen and no input accepted, have to hold in the power button to get it to reset.
