Thanks, the card size is 22.86 cm x 10.16 cm x 10.16 cm. I tried searching around for posts relavent to my question but couldn't find a definitive answer.

Lots of threads about upgrading the GPU and PSU in the Inspiron 5680, so search for them.

What size is that card? The Inspiron 5680 has a PCI-Express X16 for a single-width or double-width, full length video card, a maximum of 10.5 inches long.

Read this about PSU upgrades for the Inspiron 5680...

Don't know what "definitive answer" you want. I doubt anyone has installed a RTX 2060 SUPER FOUNDERS EDITION GPU in this PC model. Does it have the video ports and resolution needed to support your monitor(s)?

And I don't know anything about the PSU you mentioned. Is it an ATX PSU?

You have to install a suitably upgraded ATX PSU to meet the GPU's recommended power requirement of 550W, and also has an 8-pin PCI-e power connector to go directly to the GPU. Does the one you mentioned have an 8-pin cable available?

You have to disable Secure Boot in BIOS setup before you remove the existing card and swap in the new one. Otherwise, Secure Boot won't let the PC boot with the new card installed.
