HELP - Inspiron 15 7559 stuck not responding with every program

Question

Hello! I've using this computer for a long time, had worked perfectly to play Overwatch, recently I upgrade the RAM to 16 GB, but now there was an update of Windows 10, and now every time I want to use any app and change it, it get's a not responding for around 30 seconds - 1 min and then works fine. BUT THIS DIDN'T HAPPEN BEFORE. Is anyone in the same situation.     I had this computer for now 5 years:  Specs:  i5  gtx 960M ssd where windows it's installed (256 GB)  and other disk 1TB    Updated until:  2020-09-27

To rule out hardware issues, run Dell Diagnostics.  F12 at boot up.
