I have, what sounds like, the same problem. The only exception is the file I seem to be missing is Sporder.dll. I have had my problem for a few months now so please let me know if you find any help out there and i will do the same. Thank You.
This file may be part of a webHancer (web enahncer) application. Such programs are frequently spyware applications. You can download adaware and Spybot Search and Destroy (both are free) to remove spyware from your system.

From several posts elsewhere on the web, this file appears to be part of AOL itself. Try reinstalling AOL to fix this issue.
