Hi, you will not find a major difference in 9560 or AX200 as both will easily handle your current internet connection speed but I would recommend to upgrade with AX200 because of wifi6 compatibility.

P.S. I have recently upgrade my dell gaming 7755 to AX200 and it worked flawlessly.
