Always include the exact model number on any initial problem post. Many different "5000" models.
The CMOS backup battery could affect this. It may not fix it but replacing it is a good first step.
You failed to note specific model so I can't point you to the Dell manual and how to replace the CMOS coin cell battery (a CR2032 battery on most).

Thanks, totally forgot it.
It's Inspiron 15 5579 2-in-1.
I'll try to change the battery, hopefully it resolves the problem.
Thanks for advice!

I also have Dell Inspiron 5579 2in1 touch laptop
Purchased in 2017.
I got 1Tb hdd. There is no nvme slot or any other secondary slot to expand memory.
I bought 3 different company SSD, 2 nextron 128gb
1 crucial 256gb SSD and none of this work on my laptop.
I have tried this ssd on 2 desktop and 2 laptop they were absolutely working fine.
First of all it does recognised in windows boot or inside windows installation setup.
But surprisingly it detect every time in troubleshooting or testing from bios.
However if sometime it detects SSD after that If we try to format our SSD from windows installation setup it give error.
But sometime formatting is done successfully and windows installation also.
But afterwards laptop restarts than it says no boot drive found.
I had tried countless times with every possible solution that is available on internet.
Plz don't tell me the sata cable is not proper.
Everything this good. In my pc I think.
Because I have put SSD in internal.
And while using from external drive I means windows from external via USB.
SSD works fine everything shows fine.
Till today this problem is unsolved for me.
