I received a private message from Dell support where they say i had to select intel HD 4000 and install microsoft basic driver. First of all, this computer doesn´t have the ancient intel HD4000. It´s an intel Xe.
Second: why i should unistall a graphic driver to install the microsoft basic driver?

Still no solution.
I have formated the computer downloading the OS from Dell tool.
Tried with latest intel drivers from Dell (13-Jan)-->Brightness slider stop working, brightness always at 100%.
Tried with intel drivers from intel website-->The same problem.
Only solution is to revert intel drivers.
Please fix this.

Is always the Dell support so useless? I have had to report this issue to intel, due to your incompetence...
