That video card also looks like it has taken a short on the components. I would not even try to boot with the PSU and GPU that were damaged by liquid. I would be very surprised if the MB is also not damaged. Unfortunately with that kind of widespread damage you could be looking at PSU, GPU and MB. Have a close look at the MB when you pull the GPU, if you see damage on the PCIe slot or elsewhere on the MB then those 3 components at the least need replacement.
Cool, that is probably where any any troubleshooting would have got you.
I was asking about a photo in part to see the condition of the motherboard, but also to say that the PC will act like what you described if you leave the GPU_PWR header on the motherboard empty even - even if there's no GPU connected. Lot of people get tripped over this, especially since it isn't wired correctly for a PCiE power cable. Of course, the problem can also be from the beer spill. Anyway, the Aurora R7 has an onboard video port so if you wanted you could start by removing the GPU (if you haven't already) and re-test with that header connected (if that were left disconnected) and monitor to motherboard.
But yeah, definitely not looking good with an internal spill like that, probably better to just take the opportunity for a an upgrade. In all likelihood you won't get far with this.
Thanks a lot for the reply and help! I decided I might as well buy a new desktop, just buying a new video card is going to cost me a quarter or half of what buying a new computer would. Lesson learned, place your desktop somewhere safe from spills ! under the desk is asking for trouble. Goodbye Aurora R7 lol thanks again for the replies, appreciate the help !
Thank you friend for the advice ! definitely helpful for future reference on what to look for on situations like this. In this case looks like it was at a point of no return unfortunately. Got myself an Acer Predator Orion 3000, this time is on top of my desk lol I appreciate the help btw !

Could you post a photo of how the motherboard is currently connected?
Also, what PSU did you buy?
