Brand new Dell Inspiron 14 5000 2-in-1 hanging, freezing and blacking out.

Question

Every time I start my laptop, I face some issue or the other. It takes 15-20 minutes to get my laptop started. Very annoying. It started with the laptop randomly hanging on the very first day, next it moved to a black screen with cursor(for about 10 mins) after I log in every time (it stopped recently when I used a youtube fix). And today my laptop just froze when I was refreshing it just after logging in. It froze for like 15 minutes before restarting on it's own (even the power button was not working while the freeze). It hangs and then the screen blacks out for 5 seconds  while doing simple tasks like opening an application. Using chrome is nearly impossible, even switching tabs leads to screen blackouts and hangs. It's not even a week old and I'm facing these issues? Is my model defective? If it was purchased directly from Dell and is less than 30 days from shipment, contact Dell for an exchange or a refund.

I dont know but from very first day i am facing the problem of hanging , freezing and sometimes blacking out. Its very slow mean to say.   Please resolve ASAP
