My Inspiron 3195 refuses to boot into any windows install media

Question

So I have an inspiron 3195 and for some reason it just refuses to boot into any USB install media with windows on it I’ve tried so many different things I’ve looked through the bios to see if I’ve missed anything and still nothing what happens is that it boots into the windows boot screen and then it just shuts off the USB ports then it just sits there at the windows loading screen and it eventually just restarts itself

Have you tried F12 as soon as you boot and select the USB drive to boot into? Also did you download the media creation tool here which will create a self booting USB flashdrive?

Yes to both of those questions I will admit that there was one USB stick that it liked but I accidentally formatted it and now it won’t boot off of it

so my secure boot was already off But it’s still not working it’s OK if you don’t have any other suggestions thanks for giving me them

The keys are UEFI bootable USB and Secure Boot off.   Try changing boot order to USB first. Don't know what else there is.
