1 month later , after my original order , now 2 missing laptops 2 tracers started , looks like i m going to have to wait another at least 2 weeks for another one to be shipped , the first one managed to get at least to the local DHL depot , second one hardly made it off the boat from china
Same issue for me too - waited around all day after receiving an email from Syncreon saying it'll be delivered between 08:00 and 18:00 ("we cannot be more specific"). Just found this thread and the one linked in the original post mentioning the DHL trick - which neither Syncreon nor Dell care to mention - and found it's due for delivery tomorrow, who knows when.
Worth pointing out that the 39999 prefix to the order number is the tracking number for DHL Parcel UK, not DHL Express. If the site asks for a 10-digit number, it's probably the wrong one. track.dhlparcel.co.uk worked for me.
