I had a similar issue. I placed my order on April 25th and the product still did not arrive. They keep on postponing the shipping date to the next week every Monday. Raised 5 support requests and they don't even seem to care. It is something that the company should really take care. I just wish they at least had the integrity to communicate that it will be delayed by a month. What is worse is if I go look for that product online right now it says it will be delivered by next week which is so weird. Dell couldn't deliver the same product ordered 2 months ago and say they can deliver it in a week from today. It is really funny. Either Dell is good at make false promises or there is something seriously wrong with the management of orders.
