Update: My lady called for me on my behalf, and long story short customer service hung up on her asking where my device was located.

Update #3. My order has been delayed twice since this post with no customer support. Again they reply back in private messages saying "oh looks like your order has been delayed again". I get that response after I reach out to Dell not the other way around. They don't give you updates on your order they just leave you in the dark guessing. Here's some of my private messages:

 They have literally sold us products they don't have in stock. Shady business practices. Now to report them to the FTC.

Update #4. Once again I get this robotic response.

 Then they say I can keep track of my order status by clicking on the website.  I find it funny because the status never changed since I ordered the unit. Still says my delivery is on track for SEPTEMBER 8TH!! LAST MONTH!!

Dell had the audacity, to try and send me an invoice on a product that's not even in my possession! Going on 3 months waiting and the website still says it's on track to meet my shipment which was on September 9th. What a joke...
