first thing to try is replace cmos battery w a brand new one, then clear cmos settings by reset RTCRST jumper on motherboard.
if these do not help, next thing to test is to use a spare working 24/4 pin psu to rule out a bad psu.

brand new CR2032, any brand. does not have to be Duracell.
