You did NOT reach at me! I have a ticket already opened. I have to deal 63 7090 with DP issue. 

Update-Update = After completing troubleshooting, a DELL-Cares agent setup a part replacements.

I haven't seen a solution yet.  There's another forum I posted about this problem whereas there's the possibilty of it being escalated through certain channels.  I'll try again.
