Resolution problem of Dell Inspiron 1150

Hi Experts, I just installed Windows XP Pro on my lap top, Dell Inspiron 1150 and I only have one display resolution available. I only have a 640 x 480 pixels available. The display is in default monitor.Â I cannot change the monitor from the properties in advance tab. How can I fix this problem? THANKS

You mean that I need to get extra video driver. So do you think I can download it from the dell.com? Thanks.

You need to install the video drivers.

Yes.  Support.dell.com, enter service tag number, choose downloads.  Install the chipset drivers first.
