Well I am on day two and I have yet to receive my laptop! I am absolutely appalled and astounded at the lack of customer service that Dell has provided their customers. They promised they would reach out to me today, but alas they have not, so I have done the only thing I can do I am dragging their already besmirched name through the mud. I have gone so far to file complaints against Dell Financial Services and agencies.
