Aurora R12, FPS drop after motherboard replaced

Question

I am facing a technical problem which Dell technical team can not be fixed. I bought this machine 1.5 years ago. It was working fine for me till the Alienware team changed my motherboard. After that, I had an FPS drops issue problem all the time. It has never been fixed correctly, and the same issue happens all the time. I tried to work with the team for over four months, but it did not work till now. It is just too long to fix the problems. So I need to ask about the other options you can do other than contact technical support over and over again. It really bothered me a long, long time. It was just meaningless to me to repeat contact with the technical team over and over again. I also sent my machine to your center, and it still does not work. I also purchased premium insurance. If the premium insurance did not help me solve my problem, what is its point? Now, I am still struggling with my machine for over four month. Please, give me the other solution! If Dell has a customer complaint center, please send me by email as well.

the techinical team already worked with me for over 4 month and I also send my machine to the dell center. So I guess this problem can not be fixed. I can even pay some more to exchange my machine.
