Inspiron G3 3590, Dell Power Manager Service not saving settings

Hello, My Dell Inspiron G3 3590 (i5 / GTX 1650) is not saving the thermal settings in Dell Power Manager. Each time when I restart the laptop, the setting is on Optimized and I have to change to Cool to not to suffer with thermal throttling when gaming.  I read in another post here on the forum that it was necessary to change the value of the CsEnabled file in the registry, but I couldn't find this file, and according to what I read, in the last Windows 10 update (which my system is at version 20H2), Microsoft removed this file from the registry. Can someone help me?

I'm experiencing this same issue with my Inspiron G3 3590. There was no CsEnabled file in the registry in my case as well.
