Hi,

It sounds like something else. These had a habit of screws coming loose, and taking out the Mbd. To start, try an ext. mon. If this works, you could have a suspend switch problem, or a display related issue. This would also be the case if the flex cable has chaffed on the keyboard, or a shorted inverter in the Lcd section. The machine should boot without the Lcd or keyboard. If it doesnt turn off, this will help find the fault. The mem code is a sign most of the hardware is OK

I have the same problem with my Latitude CPi D300XT. If you find a solution please respond. I have tried replacing the motherboard and it did not fix the problem.

that is strange. did you also replace the powerboard? if you replaced your defective mainboard for a (certified!!!!) good mainboard but did not replace the powerboard, this might be the problem.....

for those interested, the mainboard was actually fried. i replaced it with a new one. the voltage board / dc dc board was oke.
