Ok, I think I made the mistake of reinstalling Windows and repairing it. Did i screw this up???? I can not get the Symatic restore to open up???? Am i doing something wrong??? If I did loose that restore, can i download it back into the laptop and start over again???

If CTRL F11 doesn't work, there is no way to reload it. You need to reinstall Windows, then your software.
That's what PC Restore does. It reinstalls windows and formats your hard drive then resets everything back to the way it was when you first turned it on.

if you got the laptop after mid July 2004 then do a restore.
