Thank you, Jesse.  I will be calling back and requesting a 4th replacement (new not refurbished).  I know that this process is costing Dell a large amount in shipping costs.  Is there anything else that I can do to get a non-defective monitor?  The last monitor that I received had very bad light leakage around the edges and 6 stuck pixels.  It's clear that Dell is shipping refurbished monitors without repairing them.

I ordered the monitor in mid December and I feel that I have been very patient with this whole situation.  However, I am now over my 21 day policy, have had 4 2005FPWs (all defective), and seem to be progressing backwards in my quest to obtain a good panel.

Please help!

Tremens,

Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum.

If you just have the monitor then, there is not service tag number attached to the monitor. You should have a customer or order number from when you purchased the monitor. If you bought the monitor with your computer system then, include your system service tag number located on the cpu.

Come on DELL, this is starting to get embarrasing.

Will someone take responsibility on this matter and stop wasting our time with returns.

FIX THE PROBLEM DELL...

Still waiting for a working 2005FPW...

And the wait goes on.
