Thanks for the input. I did go to Best Buy today and they will only sell me the entire Windows pkg for 199.00. However, even Dell recommended I try there. Any other ideas?

Hi,

If you need the OS CD why not borrow it from a friend or work ? It should not breach copyright, as you have a sticker underneath with your license number. By all rights you should have gotten it with the computer for back-up reasons.
