I really need your folks help, please. I need to find out what the problem with my PC is. My Computer (Aurora r7) has some weird problems latley. For one thing, my computer is starting this way now (Checking media presence error on startup). After a while, the computer starts Windows normally and I can log in as usual. There it goes on with a variety of other problems.

I cannot use certain websites and services: No matter which browser. Internet is great. I can't access YouTube, Netflix, and Spotify to just name a few. Many other things work normally, like most products from google and various websites, while others do not or hardly. Installations and updates: Many installations and updates just don't want to work. Microsoft Store apps and Alienware programs are amongs them. They load / install forever and in the end nothing happens or they end up with an unknown error message. I have no idea how I even managed (after a reboot that I did) to update windows, which brings me to the next point. No PC reset possible: No reboot possible, it loads for ever and then it fails.

I have no idea what to do, please help. What's the problem here? The hardware? Is my motherboard or processor just breaking down? Corrupt windows files? What should I do?
