Memory frequency cannot be changed

I installed 2 x 32GB of Kingston Fury KF560C40-32 RAM memory in my Aurora R15, but I was unable to change the XMP profile so that they operate at 5600 MHz (they are still operating at 4800 MHz). I am assuming that this memory is certified by Dell. Is that true?
