Possible Audio Issue, probably just need a different headset

I have an Alienware Aurora R4 running Windows 10 with fully updated drivers. I have a Gskill Ripjaw SR910 USB headset, I'm trying to change speaker properties. Right click > Playback devices > Speakers > Advanced (tab) > under default format you can select a sample rate and bit depth. I can only select from two 1) 16 bit, 44100 Hz CD Quality 2) 16 bit, 48000 Hz DVD Quality.

I'm probably just daft but they're pretty expensive to not have the ability to choose one of the highest settings like I find on realtek digital output (2 Channel, 24 bit, 192000 Hz Studio Quality). wondering if there is a way I can make my headset able to be played through the digital output controller instead?
