17 R5, no display when pressing power button on charge

Hi guys,

I recently have updated my software including windows 10, alienFx and related thing to the newest version. And a couple of days ago, I pressed the power button but the screen was not flashed and not show anything but I could hear the sounds of the login screen. Then I need to manually press and hold the power to force shutdown (it is very harmful to hardware). Now I realize that whenever I plug in my charging it will not flash the screen (need to force restart). It will not happen when not charging. Could anyone use to have the same issue and the way to fix it? Thank you very much
