I am hoping you can help?

I am trying to restore my Alienware Area-51m R2 back to factory defaults, however, I have spoken to a friend of mine and he has said that there is supposed to be a partition that was shipped with the Alienware originally, which will allow for this.

I only have my base partition and only have the option to reload Windows.

Is there a way I can reset the Alienware back to factory defaults i.e. the way that it was shipped to me?
