I have an Alienware M17x R4. It has been out of warranty for a while now (April 2017). Now the lighting on the keyboard is starting to act up. It does not remember the lighting pattern I have set up. And over the last few days it does not even light up at all when I turn on the system. Well, zones one and 9 do, but none of the others.

help please!
