I have a dual CX400 and do have console access via hyperterm (9600) to both SP's using the pw "SHIP_it", to wit I was able to load the DIAGNOSTICS MENU. However, neither that, nor the DB_key passwords allow me to do anything with the SERVICE LAN PORT configuraiton other than see a MAC address / duplex info, but I would like to be able to attach the SP service port to a hub so I can connect to it with NAVISPHERE on my laptop.

I have the PBU, and MIF files as well as Storage System Initialization Utility (Navisphere).

I have attempted to boot to the Utiltiy Partiton using both SP's and since the original vault drives are missing (I intend to reload the entire system from scratch once I have IP access to the SP's) -unfortunately there is no way to currently boot into any Utility Partition to go that route so I must find a field service way of doing this.

So, can anyone advise me on how to set the IP of the SP Lan service port? I have gone through all 30+ menu options and do not see any means to do so.
