I purchased the alienware aurora r10 ryzen edition on 5/4/2020. Expected delivery date was 6/5/2020. Ok so a month on waiting. Seemed a bit much but I was ok with it.. So this week it was due but had not received shipment notification so I called dell. I was told that there would be a small delay and I would receive my item by the 6/9/2020. Well that was fine.. Until the confusion started.. got an email right after confirming I would be receiving by the 9th. THE next day I got an email saying now my order will not be delivered UNTIL JULY 15TH.. wow I was shocked... couple of hours later I received an email from a specialist that my product was still indeed being shipped and would be received by the 9th even though my status now says the 15th because of a parts delay... SO WHO IS THE PERSON IM SUPPOSED TO BELIEVE? I will not wait 2 months for a computer. I could have went to bestbuy! Had it the same day! I've sent emails back asking what is actually going on and have gotten no response. Called to cancel and they ignore my request. Someone from Dell needs to email me or respond as to what is actually going on with my order and why you wait 1 MONTH later to tell me your just now working on my order that will take ANOTHER MONTH! UN REAL! This will be my last order ever.
