I bought a new Latitude E6410 and got cheated by my supplier. He confirmed that it comes with finger print reader and keyboard backlit, but when he delivered these features where missing, i just want to know is it possible fix these two additional features in my laptop and if possible where I have to give my laptop and to whom I have to contact in this regards. Please anyone suggest me a wise idea.
