Since some weeks ago my INSPIRON 7472 became very slow. I made a diagnosys and the error code presented was 2000 0142. I looked for some information about this problem and looks like it is in the hard disk. Can anyone help me? My warranty just expired 3 months ago. Is it possible to solve the problem without replacing my HD for a new one? If I really have to replace it, what is the correct specification for the new HD? Is this problem usual for this model of Inspiron? Thanks!
